A. Absolutely, our sales team are all ADSA BSEN:16005 accredited and are available to assist from quoting stage, through to order and installation. Our Sales team are more than happy to attend meetings and design workshops prior to order, to offer you, our customer as much support and technical assistance as possible.

A. We have a vast product offering, including swing door, sliding doors, bi-folding doors, revolving doors, and healthcare door applications. With Horton now a part of the Novoferm Group, the offerings from our group are now more extensive than ever and we can now offer our customers access to Robust UK Ltd’s range of steel and GLAS-DOR solutions, Novoferm UK’s range of garage doors, commercial doors, industrial doors and loading technology, The Garage Door Company Ltd’s range of garage doors and Bolton Gate Services 365 days a year servicing offer.

A. As standard, installations are carried out Monday-Friday through the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm, however, we do offer late night or weekend installation at an additional cost when arranged in advance.

A. All our quotations allow for Polyester Powder-Coating to a standard RAL of your choice* we have our own in-house powder coating plant, which has recently been upgraded and having our own in-house solutions affords us greater flexibility and lead-times.

* Colour anodizing and specialist RAL colours are available at an additional cost

A. Yes, we have different options available to suit yours/your customers’ requirements, we can supply and install a complete door package, including for the removal and disposal of the existing doors if required, we can supply and install our automatic door gearing to the existing doors, retrofitting to provide an automated solution, or we can supply you with the products of your choice on a supply only basis if you have your own dedicated installers.
