This scheme, developed by Deeley Construction and façade partner Spec-Al Facades Ltd, provides supported independent living for older adults. It was essential that every element of the building reflected comfort, accessibility, and long-term performance.
As part of this, Horton Automatics was selected to supply high-durability automatic doors tailored for heavy usage — including secure access to the onsite buggy store.
